SPORTVIEWS – Final Conference, 16.March 2007 Brussels, Belgium

TheSPORTVIEWS project analysed the future impact of new wireless technologies, how these technologies will change spectrum usage and affect spectrum management methods. The relations between advanced technologies, future services, business models, industry structures and radio spectrum management methods were explored, and possible transitions from existing to futures strategies with respect to spectrum management methods were described.

The final conference of the SPORTVIEWS had a large attendance. More than 50 leading experts from industry, regulatory authorities and academic institutions joined in the lively discussion about the results and impacts of the study.


The presentations both of the SPORTVIEWS committee members and the round table speakers can be downloaded at the SPORTVIEWS website.
