Bundling and multi-play:
Does it require a new regulatory paradigm?
Brussels, Hotel Châtelain, 30-31 May 2011
The conference „Bundling and multi-play: Does it require a new regulatory paradigm?", hosted by WIK, took place at the hotel Châtelain in Bruxelles on 30th and 31st of May 2011 and brought together over 130 representatives from affected industries, regulatory and competition authorities, international organizations, consulting firms, law firms and academics.
The increasing trend of offering electronic communications and audio-visual services as packages ("multi-play bundles") has major implications for competition and consumer welfare. The conference addressed these competitive dynamics in multi-play bundles in Europe and could successfully provide a forum for discussing appropriate regulatory approaches.
WIK would like to thank all the participants for their attendance and many fruitful discussions!
