You are interested in research and consulting in markets that are affected by regulation, networks, infrastructure, digitisation and intelligent networking (e.g. communications, post and logistics, and smart energy). You have an above-average university degree, preferably in economics or business administration, and proven expertise in the field of infrastructure economics. You possess the ability to do scientific work in an independent way and you are able to communicate complex economic relationships in a descriptive way. You are flexible and willing to travel. We also expect good skills in working with common software and very good English-language skills. Furthermore, you can ideally show relevant research and/or consulting experience or a professional activity in the field of infrastructure markets.
You execute and develop industrial, economic and regulatory analyses in the field of infrastructure markets. You develop strategies for regulatory institutions and businesses and support our clients in the implementation of these strategies. In-depth knowledge of the micro-economic theory, competition policy, industrial economics and applied econometrics will help you to perform these tasks. In the presence of the necessary conditions, you will take responsibility for and supervise research and consulting projects as project manager.
