1st Black Sea and Caspian Regulatory Conference: Advancing in Telecommunications Regulation

The conference provided a forum for debate on the developments related to the regulation of fixed and mobile communications in the Caspian & Black Sea region.

It gathered participants from National Regulatory Authorities, operators as well as international institutions dealing with telecommunications and regulatory issues. The format of the conference provided a fruitful environment to get in contact with peers from the telecommunications sector of the Caspian & Black Sea region and allowed to share information and creative ideas. Moreover, the conference was an excellent opportunity to provide a better understanding of telecoms regulation and market developments in this area and to discuss these developments in relation to international regulatory trends.
