ICF and WIK are preparing a study for the European Commission on the implementation of the Open Internet Regulations (articles 3-6 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120). The study will support the collection of the necessary factual evidence and analysis to assist the Commission in preparing the report for the European Council and Parliament which is required by Article 9 of the Regulation. During November and December, we invited stakeholders to respond to an online survey. We would now like to invite you to participate in an online workshop that we are planning to organise on 30 January. The purpose of the workshop is to present the study findings and to gather any final feedback from stakeholders.
