Dr. Ulrich Stumpf(WIK-Consult), together with Professor Martin Cave (University of Warwick) and Professor Tommaso Valletti (Imperial College London) has advised the European Commission on the revision of the Recommendation on relevant markets susceptible to ex ante regulation.
