The WIK Delivery Market Performance Index was presented on 28 November 2018 at a stakeholder forum organised by the European Group of Regulators for Postal Services (ERGP) in Belgrade. This index assesses performance of parcel markets in each EU Member State, and was prepared as part of a study on the development of cross-border e-commerce though parcel delivery, a project commissioned by the European Commission (DG GROW).
