WIK-Consult has prepared a study for the Peruvian Regulator OSIPTEL.
This study deals with technology and economics of network interconnection as networks evolve to IP-based NGNs. It includes extensive recommendations. The report differs from many others in that it reflects circumstances in a progressive developing country. Peru is characterised by particularly challenging geography and a relatively concentrated industry, both of which interplay significantly with our recommendations.
