On March 23, 2007 Professor Robert Queck, Deputy Director of CRID, Namur University (Belgium), held a presentation at WIK about "Konvergenz im Bereich der elektronischen Kommunikation und Zuständigkeitsverteilung in einem Föderalstaat: Lehren aus dem Fall Belgien". The presentation generated a lot of interest and was followed by a vivid discussion.
