The Commission recently released the results of the Study on "Optimising the Public Sector's Use of the Radio Spectrum in the European Union". The Study was conducted on behalf of the European Commission by a consortium (Aegis Systems (UK), IDATE (FR), Philippa Marks (Plum Consulting), Professor Martin Cave (University of Warwick)) led by WIK-Consult GmbH.
