In the interview, Martin Lundborg describes the results and explains how companies can successfully implement AI.

Artificial intelligence is seen as a driver of innovation by many companies, but many medium-sized businesses are not yet fully exploiting the opportunities it offers. The short study ‘AI and AI Readiness in Medium-Sized Businesses’ analyses which conditions small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must fulfil in order to successfully implement AI. Practical recommendations and maturity models provide valuable insights into how SMEs can sustainably improve their competitiveness.

In the interview, Martin Lundborg explains the conditions that need to be met – from a clear vision of the possible AI applications, the early involvement of employees, to the successful collection and processing of data.
